making a PS

if i make a PS using a credit card am i then obliged to pay for the meal on the day using the same card, could i pay with cash if i prederred? thanks Gill

You can pay cash if you like. They only take the card to guarantee the reservation - this is quite new thing, and they will charge a cover charge per person if you fail to show up.

They did ask me to make sure i had the card i booked with,with me.Not once did they lok at that or ask me for my res number though.
