Question about Windsor Palms pool homes

Hello! I am getting ready to choose and book a 4-bedroom pool home at Windsor Palms for our upcoming vacation. Looked at the vrbo.com listings; there are so many great looking homes! It is so difficult to narrow down my search and choose one...
Has anyone stayed at a 4 BR pool home there that they would recommend?
What I think I would prefer is a home within reasonable walking distance to the community center. Also, the youngest person in our group is my DD who will be 14 when we go, so we would prefer no childish themed bedrooms.
Please PM me if you have any specific home or owner that you have used thru vrbo and would recommend. I really want to book by the end of this week, if I can only make up my mind!!

Are the owners listed on vrbo or another site like that?

We have stayed at 8179 Fan Palm Way. If you look up Global Rental you can see the home and a map with the homes they rent. Ours was 4 bedrooms with a pool and jacuzzi-loved it so much we are going back to the same one for a 3rd time in December. The complex is gorgeous and I can't imagine there are any bad homes there.
