Has anyone rented a home in Davenport area?

Is this a good area to rent in?

We have stayed on Esprit which is in the Davenport area ( just south of the 192/US27 junction). We'd been back several times as we really like it. It is a residential area so very peaceful and quiet but within easy reach of everything else.
There are other very nice villa locations along the US27 too.

We stayed last year at Hampton Lakes which I believe is in Davenport? It was lovely about 8 - 12 mins drive to WDW.
