I'm wondering whether I should buy a scale or not. I actually like not having one because I don't like the habit of weighing everyday.
I have been using the one at the gym, but I wonder if it is accurate. Plus, with all the flu here, I have been walking / running in the neighborhood instead of going there.
So:
Is it important to weight often? To have a scale at home?
If I did buy one, should I get the expensive digital kind?
