Tomorrow, for the first time since September, it is going to reach 60š outside! :sunny: Yippee!! :sunny: I am planning on spending some time out on the patio, cleaning out my planters. I cover everything with leaves in the fall, to shelter the perennials a bit. I am hoping to see some signs of life under those leaves.

First of all ~ WELCOME! I don't know if you've had a proper welcome but either way I wanted to say hi. :wave2:
Yipee for spring! I'm so anxious to get outside and dig. The weeds have overtaken my gardens. But each time I think about it, it starts to rain. We haven't had much rain this winter so I think the weather god's have decided to make up for lost time.

I am feeling the need to get outside soon and do some "spring tidying" around the gardens and the pots. I need to move beyond "thinking about it" to "doing it" soon or the weeds will get a firm foothold and take over. :flower:

Yes, Welcome!!!
It's pouring today but we have had a few warm days and I am loving it! Achey & tired but happy to be out and about in the garden.

I am so glad I got everything cleaned out before this rain started! It is looking like Spring, for sure. My Day Lilies are greening up, and starting to grow, and my Lily of the Valley is pushing little tips through the surface of the ground. I also have another plant that is growing, and I can't remember the name of it. It looks like a little cabbage head when it pushes through the surface of the ground.
So, I am watching the pouring rain, hoping folks don't get flooded out, and picturing how green everything will be when the sun comes out next week, and the temps are on the 60's. :sunny:
