50 minutes today...and only 40 minutes left until I reach my first exercise goal!!! Hopefully tomorrow I will reach my goal, yeah!

I did 45 minutes, 3 mile WATP too but without the weights. I will do my weight routine later.

40 minute walk, 10 min of free weights & 10 min of yoga - I need to get caught up from flu week and post flu week! My computer isn't accessing the internet so I'm borrowing one at the library - so if I don't post it doesn't mean I'm not working out.

I did a 4.5 miles run at lunchtime. I'll be heading to the gym in just a few minutes for more cardio :cool1:

35 minute treadmill--mostly jogging. Good for me since it is the first day jogging after an injury.

30 min on treadmill - 1.7 miles.

62 minutes on the treadmill at a 15% incline for 4.17 miles, 20 minutes on the elliptical, 20 minutes on the weight circuit, 50 situps and then a walked another mile while getting DD from the bus stop.

I had two workouts today, running in the morning (4.26 miles in 35:59) and Curves after work.

I did an hour aerobic class and 15 min weights..oh but I had a horrible weekend of gaining weight-3 pounds-at least I had a good time with family.

I didn't post this last night, but I did do it, so I want it on the record! :)

An hour on the eliptical, then an hour of weights- arms, legs and abs

I had taken FOUR! days off from the gym (just too darned busy!), so I needed this workout. Can't wait to get back there today!
