They have balcony seating for the HDD. If I can only get seating in the balcony do they have an elevator to get me there? :wave2:

No there is no elevator. You need to let them know up front that you cannot climb stairs for medical reasons and they will put you on the ground floor. They messed this up on one occasion with me and really had to scramble because there was no way I could go up the stairs.
