I know I read somewhere in the brochure that there are sleepovers in the kids' club with Goofy - are these still occurring or something that has moved on?

On our 4-day in January, they were not sleepovers but late night movie sessions where kids watch movies on mats, and then kinda doze off. I do not remember a sleepover.

On our 7-day a couple of years back, there was a slumber party where kids came in PJ's, had games, a pillow fight and made pillowcases. Gooffy then came by and had a little interaction with the kids. It was fun but not a sleepover.

No they don't sleep over. My daughter wanted to, but I had to pick her up at 1am! Late enough for me! Basically for Goofy's "sleepover" they are supposed to show up in their pajamas and Goofy shows up for a bit in his pajamas. They decorate pillowcases and do other things but its definitely not a sleepover.

Also I believe they only have these on the 7 night cruises.

Cool! So it's still happening on the 7 night cruises though? Specifically the Eastern? We sail in a month and my daughter really wants to do this ;)

It was in March and it's very popular so I don't think it will be going away anytime soon. We were on the Eastern Itinerary in March so I would be willing to bet that they will have it for sure.

Few tips. My daughter is only 5 and super shy. She wanted to wear a flowing princess nightgown but was afraid her panties would show around the other kids, so she wore shorts underneath. Also don't send her in slippers, I saw a few kids in those and socks and they were sliding all over the place - keep her in shoes. And don't wash the pillow case when you get home. They let the kids color it but they don't use permanent markers so it wil definitely wash out.

She will have a ball, and of course, you'll be having fun in the nightclub!

Do they do this on the 3 night cruise?

I don't think that they do. If you check out disneycruiser dot com there were some recent Personal Navigators posted on this site. I think this is a 7 night cruise only event though.
