Anybody else take the Disney Credit Card survey ?

I just finished it. Took about 20 minutes.Pretty thorough survey. I liked that it allowed me to really tell them what I wanted from the Card. A lot of the Disney surveys I've taken really try and direct you towards an answer that they want, this one didn't.

For the most part I told them I want the card to offer bonus rewards for Disney purchases, similar to other reward cards. Also told them I want real discounts on food,tickets & merchandise in the parks.

They probably won't listen.....but at least I tried.

I took the survey today. It did seem that they were really looking for input.

My requests were similar - more/better resort discounts (rooms, tickets, meals). More rewards for purchasing Disney products.

I took it too, I told them specifically I expected bonus rewards (on top of the 1%) for all purchases at any time at Disney parks, resorts, stores worldwide.

I haven't taken the survey, actually I haven't even heard about it! where can you take it? I agree about the bonus rewards and better park discounts. they should have food discounts at parks too!

DW and I cancelled our cards (we had two accounts) and told the rep that 1% reward, good only at Disney and 'specials' that really weren't that special didn't make it worth it. That was our survey answers ;)

We received the survey via email. It was thorough. We pretty much said the same things as everyone else- better rewards, more savings at WDW and so on. I also felt that the "free disney screenings" were a sham as everytime we have tried to get tickets for them they are either not in our area or sold out which doesn't really make it a practical benefit. Right now we charge everything to our visa to earn $$ and it is pitiful at a 1% return. We will probably close the card as we are not planning on doing a Disney trip next year and go for something else that can do hotel/airfare.

I received the survey thorugh my email. I got the card a year ago and I have been putting most of my purchases on it. Still at 1% return, I haven't earned enough rewards to buy much toward a future Disney trip. I told them that I wish they had double rewards for Disney related purchases. I am beggining to think that this card isn't really worth having.

I too took the survey. 20 minutes of our time you'd think they'd at least give us a few reward points for answering their questions. I just got the card about a month ago and I too wish they gave more rewards. :rolleyes:
