Any idea why crowds would be higher last week in April?

In another thread about best days to go, someone suggested looking at the park hours to see when Universal expects higher crowds. For most of April and most of May, the hours at USF are 9-7. But for the April 26-30, the hours are 9-8. We will be in Orlando from April 28-May7 and we were planning on going to USF on Friday April 29. But if that day will be one of the more crowded, we may want to rearrange our schedule. Anyone know why those few days would have longer hours than the rest of April and May ?

The last week of April here in NY and many other places too is Spring Break. Aside from that I read about a large convention at RPR that week too.

Funny thing is, we were able to get an AP rate at RPR that week, but not the week before!
