DVC Point Manager question

Does anyone know how to back up the DVC Manager's program? Our computer recently crashed and I had to type the data back in and was wondering how I can back it up. Tried just downloading everything onto a CD but it wouldn't open. Do you have to do the program separately and
then the data? Anybody??? :confused3

The data is stored in the files ending with .DVC. If you back up those, you should be able to just copy them back into the DVCManager directory if you ever have a problem again.
