The Cast -
Me - Razor Roman - 26 - Former Disney College Program intern and all around Disney lover.
My DF(iancee) - Also 26 - Thought Disney was nice until she met me - now she's a Disney freak!

Day One, March 12
I'm up all night worrying because it is snowing here in NJ - we have a 7:30 am flight on SONG and it's the first time I've flown since my first trip to Disney when I was 1 (yes 1). I get about 3 hours sleep and wake up at 3:30, kiss my kitten good-bye and head from my house in Ewing, NJ to Somerset to pick up the DF. We then head down to Old Bridge where my DB is waiting to drive us to Newark Airport.
We get to the Airport in about 20 minutes. Record time! It's about 5:10 am. We check our bags, with this really nice Irish guy and all is well. The line for security goes quickly, but the people weren't so friendly. The Seattle's Best coffee line is even worse. We each get a drink and a sandwhich, they don't serve meals on the plane unless you buy them.
We are in zone one and DF and I are FIRST ON THE PLANE! We have a center and an aisle seat - I take the aisle seat since I'm a big guy - and everyone else loads on. Finally the woman with the window seat comes by and asks if we want to swap - she has a problem with the vein in her leg and needs to get up a lot - we said we didn't want to swap for comfort - but would not mind getting up as many times as she needed (DF uses the ladies room alot anyway so we are sensitive to this issue, too - and my dad is quite ill so we have utmost sympathy for people who are not in 100% health) She only got up once but I felt like she was giving me dirty looks the rest of the flight. Oh well - she knew about her condition she should have booked an aisle seat! The flight is a little delayed but not bad due to having to de-ice the plane. We get to Orlando where....
Wagner from Prestige Towncar is waiting for us... it was such a hoot seeing someone there with a sign with my name on it! We wait FOREVER for our luggage and then we're off to the CBR. Beautiful hotel, but HUGER than I ever imagined. The Cheerleaders are staying there all week too - which made for AWFUL crowds on the buses and in the food court. They were just obnoxioius. That was the one recurring problem on the trip.
We check in and I see a guy I used to work with at the old Animation Tour when I was on CP. Cool! Our room is ready already? Wow it's not even 12! Great! We can change before we hit the MK!
We hit MK and it's beautiful - we're starving so the first thing we do is hit Cosmic Ray's - place is packed. I felt the Magic escaping - but we kept an upbeat spirit as we ate. We only hit a few rides that day - Stitch's Great escape, which we enjoyed (I know most of you don't) but I did... and we also had a great time at Philharmagic - which was a great movie but could have used more Story or at least a pre-show... I think at least. We also got to meet Stitch!
At 3 we saw the Share a dream come true parade and then headed back to the hotel to get ready for dinner.
We had 7:30 PS's for The California grill - we were a tiny bit late due to getting used to the Bus times but it was all good. The bartender was nice, making a little conversation about Digital Cameras (he saw my Rebel bag) and our waiter, Donald was fantastic. We had one of the best meals of our lives. We shared a 4 cheese flat bread, then she had the hearts of romaine salad, and prime rib, I had the Ravioli and Pork Loin - Donald also let us sample a lot of wines until we decided on a Pinot Grigio that was quite nice.
We were bummed the park closing was moved up after we made ressies; we wanted to see wishes while we ate - but by the time dessert came around Wishes was starting! GREAT! We saw it from our table, because the deck was so crowded - but we went out afterward to look out and enjoy the view while everyone else was waiting for the elevator. We went back to the hotel to finally get some sleep! I had been up since 3:30 AM!
