PP and PAP???

We are going to UO and we are purchasing 3 (15mo)PP's from AAAsouth. Blackout dates aren't a problem for us. We are getting a MIL discount on our room it's $10 more a night than the APH discount . We only stay one night onsite for 2 days FOTL(last year we stayed onsite for 3 nights and it was too long for us). We will be returning in june for one night (bringing my Dad) then again next April (2006) for one night. Now, I keep reading these posts about 1 person should purchase a PAP and I am second guessing my decision on not buying the PAP. I was just wondering your opinions. TIA

ETA: Can you upgrade a PP to an PAP down the rode?

If you dont need the PAP for a room discount and black outs dont affect your dates and you have a AAA for discounts on food and shopping you should be all set and one isnt needed!
