Where should we stay at VWL?

My real question I guess would be, where shuld we request our room be? We are staying at VWL for the first time , do we want a higher up room? What views are available?

Any info on VWL would be appreciated.

I would recommend that you request to be near the elevators. The first time I stayed there we had the room farthest from the elevator and I felt like I had a major hike just to return to the room, as it is already a walk to the main pool and lodge.
