Has anyone gotten good airfare for January 2002 yet?

I'm going to WDW in January 2002, but haven't gotten the plane tickets yet. Has anyone gotten a good deal yet? Is it too soon? Thanks for any comments/suggestions/opinions/etc.!!!

We bought tickets 2 weeks ago for the first 2 weeks in January flying on Southwest non-stop from Manchester, NH to MCO for $75 each including tax! I think SWA is still having great fares if you care to check them out!! Good Luck !!! :) :) :)

I'm waiting to book for January 26, 2002 but prices are not out yet. Sure hope the prices stay good, though! Plan on using Southwest.

There are good sales now if you are watching. There will be more frequent sales for that time period around Oct - Nov.

I have been looking for specials and right now the specials end on December 16 (for certain carriers). Suggestion for you is to sign up for www.expedia.com for their emails on specials and they will email you every tuesday with their specials. You can request NYC to MCO specials.

We are going January 19, 2002 and I constently checking for specials.

Just got roundtrip from Kansas City to Orlando for $118 per person on New Years Day. I could have bought from KC to Tampa for only $78. on SW. This is the best fare from KC that I have seen in 3 or more yrs. Check SW web site for details.

orbitz.com (a travel site that is a joint venture owned by several major airlines) currently has round trip from NYC on Delta for Jan at $167 which is pretty good; don't know how low you might be waiting for.
