Cheaper rates-August or May

We are going to WDW in Dec, but I want to go next year when River Country is open, but I don't want to go when school is out. Which month typically has cheapest hotel rates and when can I book? Isn''t it awful to plan one trip when you haven't gone on the first - I feel insane!!

I don't know the answer to your question, but I had to laugh when I read your post. We're going in November, and I'm already planning our next trip for May, 2002.

I'm hoping the answer is May!!!
