When does the Mardi Gras parade begin??

I have 5:30 dinner reservations at Tschop Tschop, but I don't want the family to miss out on the parade. Any help would be appreciated. We will be in Orlando March 26th. Thanks

My 2 boys love it too they have a kids menu.
They also have a terrific drink selection if you desire...Have a Mai Tai! YUM!
