A few minutes ago I was talking to a CM and she told me that with an ap you could book 3 rooms with an ap code, and I didn't know this; she said with a pin # you could only book 2 rooms using the same pin#. Is this true?

We are going with friends this summer who received a postcard and have 3 rooms booked.

I felt like when I talk to her she appeared to be new. Because when I asked her a question she had to put me on hold.

Geez!!!!Then she was new. They really need more training for that one.
