National, error message using codes

I've been checking rates on National's website every few days but now I'm getting an error message saying "Coupon capacity control conflict for rental location". I'm using the 2 Disney Club numbers. The reservation is for the 2nd week in November. Does anyone know what this means?

It usually means that they have rented the alloted number of cars for that promotion, on those dates. You might want to try a different coupon.

National added this exclusion in the beginning of the year. More than likely due to the high usage of the DC coupon.

Thank you for the explanation. Seems kind of lame of National...if you offer the discount to DC members, it shouldn't be limited. Looks like I got the same discount using the DC contract # and the BJ's one day free coupon # anyway.

Every discount has limits. Just try getting a discounted room sometime.

Good business...maybe. If I couldn't get another coupon to work, I would simply take my business to the next company. Not like there aren't numerous rent-a-car companies to choose from. And perhaps if I could never receive a discount, I might cancel the DC membership as well. So, good business...maybe.

Yes, there are many rental companies out there. You can choose anyone you want.
There are also many renters out there, that will gladly take the place you vacated.
As to DC discounts, that would be your choice as to what you do about the DC. Join or not, your "monkey".
