I'm trying to decide if I should join the Disney Movie Club or not. One factor I can't seem to get info on is the availability and price of Walt Disney Treasures DVDs. If any current members could let me know what is currently available and the price charged by the club, that would be most helpful.

Thanks!

DMC does have the treasures, or at least had them a few months ago.

They sell them in sets or individually. When I first saw them, I was going to pick up a set and then sell the Chronological Donald, as we already owned it.

I joined just over a year ago, and even with the amount of Disney Movies I already owned, I'm not having difficulties finding things to pick up. I think we were at about 140 Disney titles before joining. It's been great for getting Live Actions.

They run some fantastic promotions. This months is two movies at half price when you buy two movies at regular price. Not bad, considering their prices are on a par with what you'll find in stores. A few months ago there was a deal that if you purchased selected movies, you got a reproduction movie poster to go with it.

The two movies I bought will fulfill my requirement of joining. Supposedly, there are better offers when you do this-I'll know soon!

I just received the offer in the mail today for the movie club. Haven't had a chance to really look at it, but I put it aside to take some time to check it out later. It's definitely piqued my interest.

Penguinboy, they don't have those titles. I did read a press release today that was rather interesting-disney movie club will occasionally release live action exclusives-they're planning on digging into the '60's catalog!

I just glanced quickly at Ebates and it asks if someone referred me. If I put your name in do you get some kind of credit?? If so let me know who to put in as a referral and if I decide to join I will use you. :wave2:
