it says 14 days unlimited 5 parks, universal, ioa, seaworld, wet n wild, bush gardens but if i am not mistaken can't you cross over into universal and ioa back and forth?

Yes. You can go back and forth from IOA to US and back again. Just remember to have your hand stamped as you leave the park.

Before we bought AP's we once bought the 4 park flex tickets. It worked out very well for us. We had a 10 day stay and visited IOA, USO, SW and wet n wild. We stayed onsite and bought the tickets at the concierge. We were given extra coupons and discount card for shopping as well as restaurant specials. I dont know if they still do this but you could find out.
