Loews gold card

I am a loews gold member and booked a AAA room at RPR for 12/04/05-12/10/05 for $159.00 a night and was automatically upgraded to a waterview room.My question is have any other loews gold members gotten to the hotel and be upgraded to a suite if so did you pay the $35.00 a night more as the loews website says or was it free,and is this a conceige room or is that different than a suite?

Hi Kata, welcome to the boards!

When I was gold we had a waterview booked at RPR and asked about an upgrade to a suite. They charged us $35.00 a day extra and we got a king suite. This layout is a King bedded bedroom with a seperate living area that has a pullout couch. You could request a rollaway for an extra charge. They wont upgrade you to Club Level w/o charging additional $ (usually).

Hello & welcome!

While checking-in at RPR last April, I was offered a presidential suite upgrade for $50 a night. We didn't take it though. Since then, I kind of wish I would have taken them up on that offer. We were staying 6 nights and at the time, didn't feel like I wanted to pay an extra $300.
