Is the hat up yet, sometimes they do things before the launch (ie. the 2000 on Spaceship Earth was up long before the celebration started). What about the Walt stuff, his office and memorabilia?

The hat is 99% complete. It needs some more sparkes on the stars and moons, but the main problem is in the base. That is about 50% done. It still needs the shop, but the lighting is done as is the logo. The logo is sitting on the same granit as used in the Leave a Legacy scluptures.
