We would like to spend a couple of hours in the town of Celebraton this trip. How do you get there from Disney property? Is parking free and is a couple of hours enough time?

You can get to Celebration from 192, 417, or I-4. There is free parking all around town.
The time you spend there really is up to you. It is just a town, really. Shops, restaurants, a nice waterfront, a walking traill, people's homes.
What are you interested in doing there?

We have been to Celebration twice because the first time we didn't allow enough time. The first time we just walked around the main downtown area and the waterfront. The second time we actually walked through the model homes and toured a condo. You can spend an entire day there if you like real estate and just want to soak up the whole town and have a meal there. It's a nice break from the hustle and bustle of rushing through the parks. Enjoy.

We just wanted to see what the town was like..... thought we could spend a few hours before going to 9:00 Cirque in the evening. We've heard so much about it but not sure if it's worth time away from the parks.

It is a nice town, but I don't see it as an attraction at all. In my opinion, it is nice to have a meal there and stroll around the downtown. If you did this, plan on time for a meal and an hour or two to browse the shops and see the waterfront.
