Sorry to hear about your shoulder--hopefully it gets better soon!
I like your calories burned count--how did you calculate that? I'd love to try it for myself.

Zurgswife,
Welcome to WISH. I was reading your trip report today and was having a blast doing it. First, let me say how sorry I am that your children have been diagnosed with diabetes. And Secondly let me congratulate you and your family for the wonderful way you are handling it. You do not treat it as a disease but as a way of life, or at least that is what I'm picking up in the reports, and I think that is very positive for your children. Juvenille diabetes is so hard on children, I make a donation every year to go towards them finding a cure. I hope it will come soon.
Great job on the journaling so far. I like your plan, eat better and exercise. What kind of foods do you like? What kind of exercise would you prefer to do ?

Zurgswife....WELCOME to journaling AGAIN!!! I, too, am a repeat offender...but I must say you're doing pretty well!! I wish I had a basal metabolism like yours...sometimes it seems mine burns about 185 tops each day! :) And look at the weight come off!!! I don't care if it is water weight..it's weight and will affect the way your clothes fit! You'll be in the 150's in no time!!! Keep up the journaling and drink your water...
You can do this!!!
