My ex ruined my weekend

I just got into a fight with my ex. :guilty: I was with him for 4 years!!! We broke up just last month, and I still can't believe its over. He's been treating me really bad lately... And his new girlfriend just IMed me after me and him fought and she was trying to make me feel better... It's easy for her to say nice things - she's dating him, I'm not. :guilty: I hate this... I wanted her to be mean so that I could hate her but she was nice, and I don't hate her. But I want to. I'm still really upset about breaking up... I still love him... I have for 5 years now. :guilty: Now I feel like I'm going to have a bad weekend. :guilty: Any suggestions on how to feel better? I could use them. Thanks :guilty:

aw...thats hte hardest thign ot go through...
just go out this weekend and try to get your mind off of it...just go out andhave fun....if u need andyone i'm here!! :flower:

Thanks... That means a lot to me really... Both my best friends hate him. So I feel like I have no one to talk to. :sad2:
