I've been invited to sell crafts at a pancake breakfast at the end of the month. I do this every year. I sell items of plastic canvas, knitting, small sewed items, beadwork, etc. I am looking for some fresh ideas. If anyone has patterns or suggestions, for small bazzar type items, I would greatly appreciate them. Thank you.

What about decorated frames? My aunt bought plastic frames decorated with stickers at a craft fair and they went over well. They were decorated for the holidays. I wrapped fun fur around a plain wooden frame and framed a picture of Tinkerbell that we printed on cardstock since I couldn't find a Tink picture that I liked for dd's room.

What about decorated frames?

I saw the neatest picture "frames" at a craft fair last week! Kinda specialized, don't know how easy they'd be...

Steel/metal, they were bent at the base to stand on tabletop...a bit larger than normal snapshot sizes. Came with 4 decorated magnets to hold the picture in place (photos could be easily changed). The "frames" were fabric/painted in all sorts of themes...baby, xmas, animals prints, etc.; Really cute & functional.

Aside from that, I'm always a sucker for small matted funny or inspirational "sayings", framed or not. (I.E. I have one that says "Martha Stewart doesn't live here" and bought one for my sister, "Sisters are chocolate chips in the cookies of life".

Done on the computer on heavier stock, they'd be easy/inexpensive, and judging from the action around that booth, they were popular.

THe lastest thing now is the eye lash yarn scarves... If you have the time.. You can whip one up in 2 hours. I have made 8 of them in the past week crochettting them. 10 stitches wide and 2 skeins thick. Think spring colors...

Good luck
