Disney Stores in Toronto...

Are there any Disney Stores in the Toronto area?

And if there are, could anybody please let me know where they are?

There is one at Scarborough Town Centre. I'm not sure about Yorkdale.

I found a list on the internet but I have a feeling that it is very outdated.

Here is the list I found

Fairview Mall - North York

Scarborough Town Center - Scarborough

Square One Shopping Center - Mississauga

Toronto Eaton Centre - Toronto

Yorkdale Shopping Centre - North York

Anyone know if these stores actually exist or not??

Over the years I have been to all of them on the list. As far as I know they are all still open.

The site I got the list off of, said things like opening in 1998 etc. :earseek: , so I wasn't too sure whether I should trust them or not :earboy2:

Yep~ They all still exist!

Won't find anything in the way of Adult stuff but for some T's.

Yup all those stores are still there. They did close some in Canada but nothing in the GTA supposidly its the second biggest market they have in the company. ( this is what my old DM told me when I was a CM at TDS)

Yorkdale is open till 9pm on a Saturday and TEC is open till 7 . As I used to work at Yorkdale not a lot of people know its open and its a great time to shop because well no one is there.

Sundays bad.. Bad.. really really really busy

The Eaton Centre on still exists. Bought A Minnie Fleece Sweater. Though not much selection however if you are an extra large they had lots of Jacket. i am a small so no luck to me. The one in the Eatons centre is near the Queen street exit. It is pretty small and not much selection.

I know that the Yorkdale one have the Easter Topper.

They also had/have different coloured ones.

They had the Incredibles one.

Nemo.

I was in TDS at both the Eaton Centre and Yorkdale Mall today. The antenna toppers that I saw, in both stores included:

White Easter bunny (reduced at Yorkdale)
Santa Hat (in back of Eaton Centre store -- $2.49)
DIS lime green!!!!
red sparkle
Incredibles
Silver sparkle
pink
light blue

FYI -- Yorkdale Mall TDS still gave me my DVC discount.

I was there today and the Manager said that they stopped giving the DVC Discount on Wednesday!

I guess someone up there likes you! ;)

There is also a Disney Store at Limeridge Mall in Hamilton. The Disney Stores are not as good as when I worked there. The Children's Place now owns all the Disney Stores.

I will add that one to my list of Disney Stores in case I am ever in that area.

I live in Chatham. There are absolutely NO Disney Stores anywhere near here, neither in Windsor or London. So I am making a list just in case I get close enough to one when I am travelling some where ;)

I just wanted to let everyone who helped know that I went to Toronto yesterday and I bought all the antenna toppers I needed and then some ;)

I was able to visit The Disney Stores in both Eaton Center and Yorkdale Plazas.
