I hope you were able to get ahold of Jane. If you don't get her by phone, try emailing her again. If it is a questionnaire status you are wondering about, don't fill out another one, just send an email with a subject something like "checking status of questionnaire"

Jane is very prompt in her email replies....The only time I've waited to hear from her was for the initial questionnaire...I waited for several weeks, then emailed her again...I guess she knew I was getting anxious, so she responded immediately.....Call her, if you want, but I'd send her another email.....You will hear back from her promptly!
