The AP rates are now out. Use code EWY. Sample rates are as follows:

POR $109
All Stars/POP $74
Poly Garden $254
Contemp Garden $209
WL Standard $139

It appears that the code leaked early. Some CMs are letting you book. Others are not. If you get a CM who will not let you book, call back and try again.

Aren't these a bit highter than previous codes for this same period? I was thinking mods were somewhere between $84-89.

Definately higher. The only really big savings looks like WL.
I guess they are doing a swifter business than in recent years.

I believe that you are right, SAWYERMAW1. We stayed at Pop last June and we used a general public code and our rate was $74. I'm sure the AP rate was lower for that same period. So, with the AP rate this year for Pop being $74, the rate with a general public code will be higher than what we paid last year for the same dates. (If there is a general public code) :confused3

AKL is also $139 standard. That's pretty good.

I posted this a couple of places. Late last year, Mousesavers posted that Disney was changing the seasons. Many dates that used to be "value" are now "regular" season, and that is why AP rates don't seem to be as good as last year.

This is our second of three trips on this AP, we got AP rate and will save a bundle with DDE card, so AP has been worth it for us.

Good luck to everyone trying to get AP discounts today!

We are staying at Pop for $59.00 in May. We got a card in the mail. I am not sure why I got it but I want to get again for next year. Does anyone know why some people get this postcards

Hi, I was wondering...where can I buy an AP? And I suppose I'd have to buy it for everyone going? 2 adults 2 kids ages 3 and 6.

No that is not true. You will just have to purchase one, and you make I think up to 3 ressies under that one AP

I'm thinking it will be through Sept, which wouldn't help me...but I would love to pay 74/night for All Stars instead of 99., in Oct.

I'd love to know the answer to that!! My sister-in-law who has been to Disney twice in ten years and my daughter-in-law who has been once in her life received a post card rate. I'm planning my 10th visit in May and have never had one except from American Express many years ago. I lucked out as my sister-in-law is going with me and we go POR for $79 a night but I would love to have my own code. If she decides not to go, I'm out of luck!!

I couldn't wait to see what the AP rate would be for the Value resorts because I already have the pin code rate that kcbean mentioned below for Pop Century June 4-14. Well, needless to say I will be keeping the rate that I already had!!! ;)

Does this mean that I can get a lower rate for my already-booked cash night at VWL in May with my AP? Ooooooh, I can't wait to call them tomorrow!

I was very disappointed in the AP discount rates that I was quoted today. I got much better rates during my recent Christmas week visit. I stayed at the Poly during Christmas for $215/night including tax in a garden view room. That same room is now $254/night NOT including tax. A standard savannah room is now $219/night without tax. I could have booked the same room at Christmas for $169/night with tax included. I am hoping that the rates will go down some more before my next visit at the end of May. If not, I may have to look into booking at the Dolphin.
BTW, I was on hold for more than 45 minutes this morning before I finally gave up. I called back at 5:30 this evening and waited 30 minutes before someone answered my call. The computers were running very slow and the CM was complaining about how long it was taking to get the rates.
