Autograph books ?

I want to get my kids autograph books before we go since we have PS at Chef Mickey's the night we get in, so the question is...

I have been looking at several web places for autograph books...Laughing Place Store and Kristens (on ebay)..Has anyone ever used either one of these?

Also about how much are they in the parks or at the resorts? I am finding prices from $7-$18...

I believe $6-7 was the rate in the parks last year.

I would suggest waiting and buying one at your resort gift shop before you head over to Chef Mickey's or pick one up at the Contemporary before you check in at CM. With shipping charges, I don't think you will save by buying in advance.

I got an "autograph book" from our local Big Lots store for DD5. It says "autograph book" on the the cover and has blank pages inside. It only cost $1.00 and it will serve the purpose. We are going to put Disney stickers on the outside cover and we will be set!

I would just buy the Disney one when you get there- they sell them everywhere.

I too am going to purchase approx. 5 autograph books at a local discount store (ocean state job lots...or even Wal Mart) for my dd3 and her 4 cousins who will be going as well. I will also pick up some disney princess, pooh, and any other appropriate sticker so we can decorate the books...my dd will *love* the sticker project AND the other kids will *love* the surprise!!!

We didn't purchase an autograph book this last trip because DD7 brought the one she already had from a previous trip but they were still $6 and very easy to find. You will pay way more buying the Disney one in advance and having it shipped. I would either make your own and wait and hit the gift shop first thing. They have them at the resort gift shops as well as the park. You might want to bring a pen though because I ended up paying $4 for one!

Thanks to all who responded. I think I will just wait and see if my dd wants to design her own using a small scapping book from a craft store or get one there. But I will get the fat pens here before I go...

CM is on one end of the floor and the gift shops are on the other end of the same floor. It would be very simple and quick to just walk over and get one before entering CM. They are around $7. They now have princess ones that have a space for the photo on one side. Really cute, DD had to have one!!LOL These were about $10-$12?
