Just wondering...
Do you always get charged a deposit when you have made a ressie at HRH?
I made 2 ressies. 4/16-4/19 and was never charged a deposit, though my CC # was recorded. I made another 4/21-4/24 which was charged a deposit. I cancelled this one a month ago and still haven't received a credit on my CC.
I've called 1-800-BE-A-STAR who I reserved though and they gave me the accounting dept # where I had to leave a voice mail and someone (may) get back to me.
Just curious if there is any standardization to the deposits or if it depends if you reserve online, by phone or what the agent feels like doing that day.
