Cheapest, clean hotel

I am looking for a CHEAP hotel for myself and DD for a quick girls' trip to WDW. Only real requirement is that hotel is CLEAN, no musty smell, must offer non-smoking room (allergies). Would like to find free continental b'fast but is not essential, same with minifridge in room- nice but not essential. Pool is irrelevant, location not truly important as we will have a car (but needs to be in Lake Buena Vista/Kissimmee/Orlando area, probably Davenport is OK also...say within 15 miles of WDW). Any suggestions or recommendations?

Magic Castle Inn and Suite. $28.99 a night and we found it to meet our needs and that was before the renovations. 3 miles from WDW's main gate.

we stayed at Howard Johnson Mainegate East in 2003. It was cheap but clean my dd also has allergies and the Howard Johnson we stayed at in another state was real bad :sick: for her but this place was good and we plan on going back there next year. Oh they do have fridges available we had one. :goodvibes
