Star Island Resort and Club...anyone?

I'm trying to find out some information on this property. Has anyone heard anything about it or perhaps stayed there? I have an opportunity for a 2 bdrm unit for Labor Day week at $329 + tax and, while it sounds terrific, I was originally considering CP or CPGV but this sounds terrific.

Any info would be appreciated.

very mixed reviews on tug - some love it - others hated it - it is an older resort.

My mother-in-law, father-in-law, and Sister-in-law and her family all stayed there this past October and loved it. They are still talking about it. The pictures the took are awsome.

I stayed there in a motel room (just standard) in August 2004. It was very nice. The only downside for me was that I felt the walls were very thin. I could hear a lot of what went on in the next room.
