I brought the slider in to work today. Either PM me or send me your address via my work e-mail and I'll get it in the mail this morning.

I also have a great WW program in excel that you are more than welcome to. You provide the calories, fat and fiber, it spits out the points.....pm me with your email address if you would like it! It works great if you ahve the time to enter all the stuff in there!

liz -- i have that already :) i haven't taken the time to figure out how to enable my macros (hand slap) my DH has our computer on different accounts and i don't have adminstrator priveleges to download/install stuff! but - i did want something to take to the store with me :)
