I just did 45 minutes of snow shoeing. It was my first time-- what fun :cool1:

I'll be going to the gym for weights and some cardio after work.

60 minutes of a *fusion* class at the gym. It is a mixture of pilates, yoga and stretching. It was my first time to this class and I was surprised at how well it seemed to work.

Does it still count if it isn't "aerobic"?

An hour at the gym...30 minutes TM, 30 minutes machines.

30 on treadmill (random incline)...weights (arms and legs)...abs

30 minutes of walking and 15 min of tae bo. The tao bo about did me in - I'm trying to work up to 30 minutes. Wish I could do snowshoeing - that sounds fun!

My second post-- 40 minutes upper body weights and abs, 32 minutes recumbent bike and 25 minutes treadmill (running 6.2 mph).

Anyone else???????????

Does it still count if it isn't "aerobic"?Oh Yes it counts! That sounds like an interesting class. I am sure you received some great benefits from that type of workout. I am wondering if my gym has something as that.

Today was a mixture for me. 30 min recumbant bike, 30 min stair thingy, 30 min weight machine circuit and stretching.

I did 5 miles on the recumbent bike in 23:40 and 1/2 hour of upper body nautilus machines.

I've had the flu so I'm just getting back to exercising, today I went to curves and in the evening I walked a half of an hour on the treadmill

I actually did 3 workouts today! Jogging in the morning (4.4 miles in 37 minutes), Curves after work, and a 3-mile fast walk with DH in the evening. :)
