I did 30 minutes on the TM with my incline set as high as it would go. I am feeling it in my legs and back side (I guess is a good thing:)

I did 30 minutes on the TM 2.1 miles and about 330 calories and I did 20 minutes of free weights and sit up and push ups. Today is going to also be my first double exercise day, wish me luck! I'm trying the 8x week goal and the 1000 minutes in March Challange!
Yeah, Yeah!! I did my first double exercise day! 60 minutes on the TM and 20 minutes with weights. Now, what will I feel like tomorrow?

I'm back on Wish for my two Disney Mini Trips this year. The first is planned for April. I've been regularly working out since last week when I did 4 workouts. I've never stopped working out always doing one or two workouts per week but now I need to buckle down to lose the weight. Today I did 25 minutes of yoga, 30 minute bike ride, 10 min of free weights and finally a 5 minute cool down.
Plutosmyfave, loved your workout!!!

35 minutes on the treadmill today. I used the "pyramid" setting (starts at no incline and then goes up 1 every 3 minutes until it gets to 8 and then goes back down again--the little graph thing on the treadmill looks like a pyramid).

can't beleive i just found this board-i'm alway on the cruise board. Does a 45 minute hike through the snowing woods count and 30 min. of sledding-it's a good walk up hill to slid down
