National Reservation

Hey guys!

I just booked a reservation with National Emerald Choice for a Luxury Car, but my confirmation doesn't state Emerald Choice anywhere on it. Is it supposed to?

I don't know for sure but my ressie was for an intermediate car and it says on the confirmation:

Car Class: Intermediate 2/4 door car Auto A/C
or your choice of the Aisle

So maybe it should say so but maybe the class of car has something to do with it????

California, I have a full size reserved for Oct & mine also says "or choice at the aisle". When getting your rate quote, you have to make sure that Emerald Aisle is selected from the pull-down menu. This is the next box after you select the size car you want. When I did it, counter was there automatically. You need to click on that box & it will switch to EA. Good luck....

Yes, it should.
With Emerald Aisle, you can only book intermediate thru full size, nothing else, but with Choice, if you used that option, it should state it. Does it say to go to the counter?
I would call National and ask.

Under car class it says: Luxury 2/4 Door Car Auto A/C
Under Company Association it says: Emerald Club Members

It doesn't state Emerald Choice anywhere on it. Maybe I will call National just to make sure. Does anyone have a phone number that I could do this at? Thanks!
