Anyone have a good substitute for 2 POINTS bars? I totally need the chocolate fix every once in a while (ok, like once a day... or twice... ) and I like how filling they are, but I don't like the price. I mean, on sale $4 a box?! :earseek: So I was wondering if anyone's found anything else that's sort of candy feeling/tasting but is still around 2 points...

Thanks!!

Slimfast has a very similar snack bar, with some flavors coming in at 2 points. They're less expensive than WW, and available in many grocery stores.

I like the Chocolate Caramel!

You can check them out here: http://www.slim-fast.com/products/product_info.asp?product_id=691

Hey Ali - Check some of the granola bars, like Kudos. Most of those are 2 points (except for chocolate chips which I think was 3). I like those for a chocolate fix.

That's exactly what I was going to suggest. I stock up on the M&M kudos when they are on sale. I also buy the WW chocolate cake things at Walmart - they are only 1 pt. each.

I, too have the major chocolate jones. This isn't a snack bar, its a chocolate muffin, but its really good and 3 points. I posted about this under eating healthy. Here's the link:

These aren't bars, but for a chocolate/sweet fix, there are those 100 calorie (2 point) snack bags of Oreo & Chips Ahoy cookies. They may not be any cheaper, but they do go on sale at your stores from time to time. ;)

I usually find the canned pumpkin in the vegetable aisle at my store. Usually Libby or a similar brand. If you don't see it anywhere in the vegetable aisle, check the baking aisle, near the pie fillings. Just make sure you don't get pumpkin pie filling, but just plain canned pumpkin.

Yes, they're very good. Even my sweet treat loving DS11 loves these as much as I do! Enjoy.
