I didn't see a thread started for today, so thought I'd go ahead and post. I walked on the TM for 30 minutes today. I have increased my incline (hoping to work those behind muscles, so I decreased my time today. I am sure that I will feel the difference tomorrow in my legs, if not before. I hope that this will shake up things a bit too. I feel like I needed to do more incline and that would help me burn more calories. I will then start increasing my time again.

Who's next???

I did 105 minutes on the treadmill tonight. I'm traveling all week, so I have to keep the exercise up to use the extra flex points for hotel food - it isn't like home.

I did two workouts today, running in the morning (4.4 miles in 37 minutes) and Curves after work. :)

40 mins strength training & 15 mins x-trainer

32 minutes on the Treadmill and then did strength training: legs and abs.

I did 30 min on the treadmill...alternating between a 17 and a 13 min mile. I'm trying to add some jogging into my workout once again. Last time my knees didn't hold out. I've lost a few pounds so I'm hoping that will help.
