Question for those attending WW meetings

Good morning! Here in NE PA we are expecting 10" - 14" of snow today/tonight. Our WW meetings are held on Tuesdays (there are 5 different times, but Tuesday is the only day).

Question 1) If they cancel the meeting due to weather, do they call to let you know? Or is there an 800 number to call?

2) If they cancel the meeting, do we have to pay for it as a missed meeting? Or are we expected to find another location to attend for the week?

If they cancel the meeting, they do not charge the missed meeting fee. And I THINK my leader once said that if you don't feel safe driving even if they haven't cancelled the meeting, they won't charge you. But don't quote me on that second one.

Hopefully they'll have the roads cleared by tomorrow so you won't miss it!

They should not charge you if you miss a meeting. Here in SE Pa, we get charged if they do not cancel and you do not go. Luckily I am a Lifetime member, so I wont' have to worry about paying if I miss.

With that much snow, I'm sure they will cancel. We are getting snow too and I'm expecting not to have to go. Actually, even if they don't cancel I won't risk it.
