Hi to all my wonderful WISH friends! I am not sure where to begin! Except, I can say, I have definitly AVOIDING WISH! I have lots of confessions to make the first being.....
(how I dread even saying this) I began smoking again! It started out with one here one there ( I have got it under control) and then it just spiralled out of control, I am definitly not smoking a pack a day but probably about a hlaf pack a day! Dont totally give up on me now, I bought a 3 week supply of the patch. I bought it about a week ago, not sure what I am waiting for!
My kids have been home all week ( winter recess ) so I have been so off plan. I have been eating crap all week and have not gotten on the TM once. OF course, I have no excuse for any of this, just feel the need to confess or something. I just feel like I had to get these things off my chest. You guys are great! I have failed with this smoking thing so bad but I plan to get back on track. As far as eating, I am beginning to think that perhaps LC is not the way for me anymore. Although, the past week I havent been doing it, prior to that, I was going good for a while, I just didnt lose any weight. I have an old WW book ( with points) perhaps, Ill give that a try.

Well, I feel a little better now, perhaps I can begin my next journey now!

thanks all

renee

:wave2: No yelling, Renee. You are on the way to success. Don't forget. When we think that we have failed, success is in the beginning again. Welcome home. :grouphug:

Renee, first off I'm sending a .

I'm starting again tomorrow. Today I'm getting the kitchen stocked with the right foods and my workout bag packed for the health club.

Tomorrow, I'm facing the scale and the tape measure and posting the facts to my journal.

Care to join me?? :hyper2: Erin and Amanda and I have committed to starting again and you can too!

This is no time to look back - just look forward. You can do this! :cheer2:

Hey Renee, glad to see you back around! And ya know what I read recently that really helped my skinned knees? It's progress, not perfection.

Now that you have had a break hope to see you more often!! :goodvibes

Hi Renee,

I'm sorry to hear you started smoking again, just remember you can do it!

I'm joining with the others to send you a :grouphug:

I haven't been avoiding W.I.S.H., however, I have been reading but not responding or writing. :guilty:
I also have to get back on plan. I failed the February weight loss challenge you had:sad1:.
I didn't make the Feb. exercise challenge :sad1: and I am
feeling miserable about this whole month:sad1:.

Well, a new month starts Tuesday :sunny: and
I am ready to get back on track  .

I agree with Tiggerkeeper let's look at this as a break and now it's time to get back on track. Lets look forward to the journey. It looks like there are a few of us getting back on track.

I'm cheering you on :cheer2:

Remember don't beat up on yourself, we have been successful and we know what it feels like.

Aw please don’t feel as if you have failed. It is not about the test. Don’t set yourself up to not succeed. Please, look at what you want to be and strive for that. Make choices as best you can. If you fall, don’t feel you have failed. Commit to yourself to strive to keep moving forward as best you can. Make those healthy choices as best you can. One foot in front of the other as best you can. Small steps and you will succeed. The best to you and all of us. I am so glad that you knew you could come here and you can start. We are all here for you and we need each other through the good and the bad.

We all feel that way at one time or another. The important thing is that you are back and ready to get back on track. I think that is the wonderful thing about this board, everyone is so understanding and you will find people that have been in the same boat as you. You made the first most important step and that was posting. Glad you are back. Sending you PD for a great day!!
