I'm so glad I found this forum. Essentially, my 19 year old daughter and I are flying to Orlando for the March Break. We have never been there before andI am wondering if anyone has any tips, advise, etc for us. We are leaving here on the 13th, arriving around dinner time and returning on the 18th in the early afternoon. While we are really exciting, we are a little overwhelmed looking around the nternet tryng to make some plans for our trip. We know we want to vist the MAgic ingdome but other than that we are open to suggestions.

Holy cow - where to begin? Where are you staying? What's your budget? Have favorite characters? What sort of rides do you like?

Why don't you run out a get a good guide book such as the Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World. It will have so many tips for you that it will pay for itself. The only problem is that you really have to get reading - you're running out of time.
We are also going to be there for March break - our first time in a busy season. We usually go at the slow times so this may be a shock for us.

First timers- how exciting! You are going to have a blast. My first tip would be to tell you that there is no way you will be able to see it all. Magic Kingdom is a must. After that pick which other park appeals the most to you and hit that one also. The water parks are great!

Hi Pixie:
We're there the same dates... get ready for some crowds! It sounds like it will be very busy, but not as busy as it will be a week later heading into the Easter weekend.
I agree with the comment about getting a guidebook. It gives you a chance to read about all the parks and gives some great tips.
These boards are really an excellent source of info. You can read until your eyes get sore.... :earseek: or post specific questions and get some great feedback.
See ya there!!!! Have a great time!!!! :bounce:
