I just posted this in the Orlanso attractions forums, and then noticed I could have just come here!
We will be at Sea World this summer in San Diego. We could buy season passes, for about $30 more each, and come to Sea World in orlando in December.
Is there anything special about Sea WOrld at Xmas? I believe the parks are essentially the same.
ANy info is appreciated

I was in Orlando last Xmas (went to the Magic Kingdom for Xmas). There was a Xmas program during the evening at Sea World but it was cold when I was there, so I didn't stick around to see it. The shows that I went to during the day didn't have a Xmas theme but I also didn't attend all of them (I have an annual pass and had intended to come back when the temperature was a bit warmer). They actually closed some of the shows due to the weather being so cold (it had to be for the cast, I don't think that the heated water or cold air affected the killer whales). I go to Orlando each December and the weather is iffy. It can be very nice or like last December, a bit cold at times. Still, I like going to Orlando at Xmas time. You will enjoy the trip.

Sea World is always very nicely decorated for Christmas, but not 'overdone'...
