My husband & I are on a weight loss mission together, and we're hoping to reach our goal weight by 5/14 when we make our next trip to DW. We both have about the same amount to lose. I'm going to be our tracker. So here you go.

L--Original weight about a month ago (218)--today=205
No workout, but did alot of work around the yard & house (about 3-4 hours)

Goal==180 (25 to go)

T--Original weight about a month ago (143)--today=138
Back to work after being off 2 weeks. Walked about 1 hour at moderate pace.

Goal==112 (26 to go)

I didn't post yesterday, but here's my update.

L--No workout, but holding weight at same level (205)

Goal==180

T--Dropped .8 lbs. (137.2)

Walked about 1 hour at moderate pace.

Goal==112
