Cypress Point cleaning fee and phone??

From reading, Cypress Point sounds good for us. However, before we booked, Dh saw the maid service was $35-80 and is worried we'll be automatically charged. Is this the case? I thought I read there was no check -out cleaning fee, but now I can't find it. It is very hard to find official information about this place. If I wanted to call and ask a question, who would I call? All I find is hotelkingdom and expedia, etc.

If you want housekeeping, you request it and they would charge you. There are no check-out cleaning fees. In fact, they came halfway through our vacation and changed the sheets and towels and they came in and cleaned the place a few days before we left and again changed the sheets, towels and replenished the toiletries and welcome package free of charge.
