:sunny: I was in Target today. In their travel toiletries aisle they had liquid Tide to go with a measuring cap top for $.99. The bottle has enough for 4 loads. They also had 20 pack All dryer sheets in a cardboard box for $.99 as well.

Pick some up, before they are all gone. Its a great buy. Soap and Laundry detergent costs at least a dollar per item at the resorts. :daisy:

I found bottles of ALL at Dollar Tree with 6 wash loads for .....$1. When it's gone I can refill the bottle for the next trip.

No time to make a stop at Tar-jay ("Target" to les Americains!) so I pack laundry detergent and Downy in snack-sized zip-lock bags! Than I put these into a larger one (in case of spillage!)....Wooho, one day left!! :cool1: :cheer2: :earsgirl:

Target usually carries them both here at my 2 at least.

I wanted to add my tip for couponers that sometimes (once and a great while) a tide coupon comes out and you can use the $1 of ANY tide on these. :cheer2: I LOVE tide!

....we just got back from AKL a few hours ago; I washed 2 loads of laundry at the laundry room on the 2nd floor. It was $2.00/load for the washer and another $2.00 for the dryer. There was no indication ANYWHERE of how long the dryers run for the $2.00, but I can assure you, it DID run for quite a while and my two loads were dry! (MUCH better than at WL!)

Just wanted to let you guys know I found a small bottle of liquid All detergent at Walgreen's yesterday for $1.29. Can't remember how many ounces the bottle was, but it was enough for 6 loads of laundrey. It was in the regular laundrey detergent aisle and they also had those pop up mesh hampers for
2/$5.00.

Great tips, thanks! I also read elsewhere on the DIS to pour laundry detergent into a clean 20 oz Pepsi bottle. No measuring device, but handy in a pinch.

What I usually do is get a small bottle of dishwasing liquid, use it up and save the bottle for liquid detergent. I then pour one measure of liquid in and mark it with a Sharpie. Then I pour the next measured amount in and mark it and so on. But, as I posted earlier, I found the small (6 load) All at Dollar Tree for $1.
