Ok, so I feel like if I start this it might help me to keep on track. I have been up and down in the past couple years and 2 things have prompted me to do this.
1) I tried on my wedding gown (wedding was 01/24/04) and it doesn't fit. I could deal with that if it had been 10 years ago, but not after 1, no good!!
2) We are going on our first cruise in April and I am bound and determined to be happy with the pictures.
DH is doing this with me, except he is doing Atkins while I am just trying to cut back (esepcially desserts) and shape up.
We top weight has been 166, my lowest being 140 (early college). I would love to be at 150 as long as I am fit. It's not so much weight as it is getting into shape. I will post my meals and work out schedule here. Feel free to comment, especially if I do something naughty....

Ok, so last night didn't go so well. I didn't excercise. We have family coming in today and I wanted to clean the house. On the other hand, dinner was great. DH never cooks, but he made a fantastic rosted chicken last night. I had that with probably a quarter of a cup of potatoes cooked with some parm cheese and spices and a salad. I then made some low-fat butterscotch brownies that were not very good. Didn't curb my sweet craving.
This morning I had low-fat, low-sodium cereal with a banana and I am drinking OJ while at work.
Lunch was supposed to be non-fat yogurt, string cheese and an apple. Lunch really is chicken noodle soup and a croissant. I am so hungry today. Dinner is probably going to be pasta or eggs (Dh is catholic so no meat on Fridays for him).

Congrats on fitting in that 10. A size 10 is my goal. I'm way off that now at 24-26 depending on brand/style.
Food looks good. Only thing I see is very little veggies. UP those veggies. Salads make a great lunch addition. :) Sounds like you work so I assume you bring lunch most days?? Maybe turkey sandwich and fresh veggies dip in ff ranch if you desire. One of my favorite lunches when i was doing WW was turkey sandwich with baby carrots and fresh brocooli or cauliflower dipped in ff ranch and I'd also have a ff pudding cup and a full cal soda but also drank water all day.
Remember veggies will add very little calories and will help fill you up too. :)

Thank you so much for that!! But can I say that I hate veggies?? There are some that I like, but cooked with dinner. I am not a raw veggie snacker. But I know I need to eat more!! Help??

First off I haven't been very good at posting my work outs, but I have gone every day this week. Can't wait for my day off tomorrow:)
Breakfast - Banana, Orange Juice
Snack - Grapes
Lunch - Yogurt, String cheese
Snack - Honey Wheat thins
Dinner - Marinated pork chops, garden salad with homemade dressing and roasted potatoes
Dessert - 1 serving of chocolate eggs (tonight will be the last of the bag)
I know I need to be eating more, but I am not sure what. I was bringing salads for a while, but I got bored. I am trying to stay away from bread. Any suggestions?

I think for some its aquired taste. The more you eat them the more you start to like them. :)
I dunno for me raw ones aren't as good as when I dip them in ranch. I love brocooli and cucumbers and carrots. Never liked celery I've tried and tried to like it but no way, sometimes with peanutbutter but thats it.
Perhaps cover them in cheese. I started with the cheesy frozen packs cooked in microwave supposedly microwaving keeps more nutrients in them.
I kinda got the sense you probably didn't like veggies. My best friend is that way so I understand how that goes. Her idea of veggie is french fries and thats about it.

Oh and the last few days look good. I'll try to think of some more veggie ideas.
