Do they charge for the breakfast and snacks if you stay on the club level?

no, its free. They offer breakfast (not a complete meal just rolls and fruit and cereal kind of thing) They have soft drinks and chips during the day and cheese and crackers and chips and salsa for an early evening snack and then desserts around 8. We would ususally eat breakfast in the lounge in the morning, a nice lunch at city walk and then snack in the evenings at the lounge. We enjoyed it and would stay there again.
