Who's driving from MA for President's week?

Just curious. Who does the drive and when do you leave. We leave 5-6am Sat and try to get just in to SC. This way we only have 7 hours or so the next day. My coworkers think I am crazy, but it is not that bad. After this winter :cold: I will swim even if it is in the 60's! :banana:

We're flying, and actually skedaddling early. We fly out of Logan the morning of the 16th so DS is missing 3 days of school.

I agree about the swimming if it's in the 60s. It's been brutal (as I watch more snow fall outside my window).

Hope your drive is completely UNEVENTFUL, and you have a great vacation.

Where leaving upstate NY on the 19th early morning and stoping at relative in SC for weekend then headed down to WDW on Sunday.

We have done this drive several times from NYC on the Friday beginning President's week. We leave NYC about 5 PM (!!!) and aim to be in North Carolina by midnight. (Roanoke Rapids is our favorite stop: Fayetteville is even better. Usually by midnight but sometimes weather makes it a 2 AM arrival.)
